What if forests had rights?

Recently the public was invited to submit comments on the Irish Forestry Strategy Plan. I was made aware of this and wrote something to share with them, but when I went to submit last night I discovered that the deadline was not “the end of November,” but was in fact yesterday, November 29th.

I emailed a PDF of my submission anyway, hoping that they will include it. In case they don’t, I was advised to share it publicly.

So, here is my submission to the Consultation on the draft Implementation Plan for the Forest Strategy and associated SEA Environmental Report and AA Natura Impact Report.
